John Cioffi
John Cioffi, the Chief Content Officer at GoalMakers, has spent the last 30-years, coaching hundreds of clients to success. He previously ran a subsidiary of Amoco Oil subsidiary, a Fortune 100 company, and held executive positions at several other companies in a wide variety of industries. John received his MBA from The Wharton School and holds a Master’s in from Dartmouth.

As CEO of Galleher for over 30 years, Jeff helped grow the firm from a small distributor in Los Angeles with sales of around $5mm, to a top 5 industry leader with over $200mm in sales. Jeff has served as the President of the North American Floor Covering Distributor Association. Hamar embodies leadership principles both professionally and personally as he is active in his local YPO, church leadership, Den Leader for 8 years in Boy Scouts of America, active on local community boards, and involved in a variety of important roles in private elementary and secondary education.
